Posters and Demos
The preliminary program includes two Poster and Demo sessions. Abstract submission is expected to start on February 4, 2010. All accepted abstracts will be published online in Frontiers in Neuroscience, each receiving a unique DOI. A small number of abstracts may be selected for 1-slide "Spotlight" presentations at the appropriate workshop.
Poster and demo abstract submission will open on February 4, 2010, with the submission deadline on April 21; submission will be available through the Abstract Registration page. Abstract decisions will be communicated in May, well before the end of early registration (June 30).
Posters will be displayed for the full meeting. Each poster presenter will be assigned one of the two main sessions to be by his/her poster.
Posters
Poster presenters will be assigned a numbered poster board. Guidelines for posters, including dimensions, will be provided at a later date. All presenting authors will be contacted individually regarding poster logistics.
Live Demos
The goal of this session is to have live computer demonstrations of neuroinformatics projects. We will provide space, a desk and a few chairs, with a poster board behind, as well as internet connectivity and power outlets. However, presenters are expected to bring their own computer.
The procedure for demo abstract submissions is the same as for poster abstracts. Submit your abstract through the Registration page and make sure to choose "Demo". Presenters will be contacted individually regarding demo logistics.
